ZFAWIB Secretariat successfully completes an intensive 3-day training on Kaizen Methodologies
The training aimed to equip the Secretariat with tools to help improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Throughout the training, staff engaged in hands-on activities, learned practical problem-solving techniques, and developed strategies to streamline processes and eliminate waste. The Kaizen approach will be instrumental in supporting ZFAWIB’s mission to better serve its members and advance women’s economic empowerment across Zambia.
